• Are fluent in written and verbal English

• Have good phone skills

Technical/Sr. Technical Support Engineers – Associates: for freshers or experienced graduates or undergraduates. Here are the qualifying factors:

• Level 2 computer knowledge

• Typing speed of 30+ wpm

• Fluency in written and verbal English

• Proficiency in technical sales

• Good phone/chat skills

MIS Associate : Freshers or experienced graduates or undergraduates who

• Have level 2 computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Are experienced in data/web analytics

• Are fluent in written and verbal English

• Are willing to work in night shifts
